Refund policy

Our Policy
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing changes or buyer’s remorse. We gladly accept returns/exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

If your item is defective or incorrect
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@regenesisgear.com with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, will either replace the item or issue a refund.

Email support@regenesisgear.com with: order number, photos of issue, and a short description. We aim to reply within 48 hours on business days.
